The mini trampoline is mainly designed to be used for exercising. These trampolines are a very good way for children to exercise whilst being indoors. The mini trampoline is often referred to as a fitness trampoline as this is mainly because it is used as a machine for working out to help people to lose weight.</p>
<p>Starting out, as with any fitness, you should first do a warm-up. As a beginner, rebounding should be done at a slow-to-moderate pace. Only use the mini trampoline for a few minutes at a time to allow your muscles to become used to the exercise. The following five rebounder trampoline exercises will have you smiling and sweating at the same time. (Now, that&#8217;s what I call a perfect exercise combo.)</p>
<ol>
<li> BASIC BOUNCE. This exercise can be as difficult as you want, depending on the effort you put into it. Stand in the center of the mini trampoline with feet slightly apart. This will be your basic starting stance for all rebounder exercises. Without lifting your feet off the mini trampoline, lightly bounce. If necessary, situate yourself near a sturdy object or wall that can be held on to for balance. As you become used to bouncing, lift your feet off the trampoline a little. Increase the height of your bounce as you become more comfortable with this basic bounce.trampoline exercises</li>
<li> BASIC WALK. This is a good warm-up and cool-down exercise. From a basic starting stance, alternately lift your heels. Do not lift your toes off the trampoline. Swing your arms as you would while walking.</li>
<li>BASIC JOG. This workout is a fun way to raise your heart rate; many consider it a lot more entertaining than other aerobic exercise. From a basic starting stance, alternately lift each foot an inch or two off the mini trampoline. Move your arms as you would while jogging.</li>
<li>HEEL-TOE BOUNCE. This advanced exercise is taken from Billy Blanks&#8217; Tae Bo routine. Stand in the center of the mini trampoline with your feet close together. Instead of doing a basic bounce, bring your left foot forward during the bounce, touching your heel to the surface. Briefly raise your left arm up in front of you as your heel touches the surface. Repeat this for the right foot. Doing this for a minute or so is all it takes to get the sweat pouring.</li>
<li>JUMPING JACK BOUNCE This is another advanced rebounder exercise. From a basic starting stance, bounce up. As you bounce, spread your feet apart (watch your footing!) and bring your hands over your head. Compared to a regular jumping jack done on a hard surface, bouncing on a trampoline makes this exercise easier on the joints.</li>
</ol>
<p>There are many benefits to using a mini trampoline and it truly improves quality of life, as well as your overall health and appearance. The trick to staying in shape is find something that suits you and something you enjoy.</p>

<p>Using mini trampoline exercises is a great way to maintain and control your weight. You will find that it is easy to follow any exercise regiment that includes a mini trampoline. Didn&#8217;t get this option when you were considering your new mini trampoline? This is okay, because you can purchase mini trampoline via the internet. These exercises will be specifically created for use with a mini trampoline.</li>
<li>Finally, I find that you can make up your own exercises as you go. Simply bouncing up and down is actually healthy, but you can add arm curls, belly crunches, and other exercises as you feel comfortable doing so. When you feel comfortable, you will find mini trampoline exercises are easy to find. Just keep an open mind and do what comes naturally.</li>
</ol>
<p>Again, because rebounding is fun, you are much more likely to use your mini trampoline for years and years. Because of this, when selecting a mini trampoline, be sure to find one of good quality. <p>For those who think mini trampoline is jumping up and running away after a scuffle in the city – which is also a fine way to do aerobics, albeit a bit more dangerous – it’s not. Simply put, mini trampoline is jumping on your own personal mini trampoline to upbeat, fast-paced music while an instructor leads you through moves that will get your blood moving through your veins faster than you can say fat be gone!</p>
<p>I can show you how to get better results with just 20 minutes on a mini trampoline</p>
<p>It&#8217;s really quite simple. All you do is jump on mini trampoline 2 minutes at a time during TV commercials. Heck, I&#8217;m actually telling you mini trampoline is good to watch TV for weight loss. Mini trampoline works because there are about 20 minutes of TV commercials during 1 hour of TV. So if you only watched just 1 hour of TV and did the jump during those commercials, then you would&#8217;ve watched an hour of TV and got in 20 minutes of cardio at the same time.</p>
<p>To do mini trampoline aerobic exercise properly and to keep up your momentum, it&#8217;s a good idea to get an mini trampoline DVD.  If you&#8217;ve purchased a new mini trampoline, you&#8217;ll find mini trampoline often come with the DVD.  Start with the beginner’s class. Mini trampoline looks like fun – and it is – but if you’re not used to doing a lot of aerobic exercise don’t jump right in to an advanced class. Start slow, as rebounding can be a bit strenuous at first. Be consistent and pace yourself and you’ll soon be on the next level.</p>
<p>What to wear? Sneakers, bottoms that are not too long (you don’t want to trip on them) and ladies should wear a good sports bra or top; men should wear an athletic supporter.</p>
<p>So, next time you’re looking to do aerobic exercise that’s a bit different, try mini trampoline. We’ve all had our ups and downs – but they’ve never been this much fun!</p>
